How hypnosis works…
Hypnosis is a pleasant state in which the conscious mind and body are naturally calm and comfortable. While your subconscious mind becomes very focused with heightened receptivity. This receptivity allows for positive suggestions toward beneficial changes where needed in; behaviors, habits, patterns and emotions driven by the subconscious part of your mind.
During hypnosis we bypass the critical analysis of the mind so that these suggestions can be accepted and then incorporated into a new “automatic” behavior or response, therefore new outcomes, new possibilities, successes, a new life.
Therapeutic hypnosis is used for personal benefit, health and well being. You remain in control; it cannot cause you to do anything against your free will or ethics and is different from stage hypnosis that is used for entertainment purposes only.
